Lot No. 1202Manufacturer: RookwoodDescription: Unusual 2 3/4 inch by 12 1/2 inch tray made in 1903, having flower decoration and covered with a mat yellow glaze with blue highlights. Impressed with the Rookwood symbol, the date and the Z line shape number, the first digit of which was removed by a burst glaze bubble. There is crazing, two firing lines on the bottom and two narrow, oval areas on the rims where the glaze did not properly mature and a small edge chip. Estimate: $300.00 - $400.00 |
